VTech CS6219
$20.00
Released July, 2007
The Pros:Fantastic range and call clarity due to DECT 6.0 technology. Battery keeps its charge for longer than the average cordless phone. Call buttons are very soft to the touch and easy to press.
The Cons:Speakerphone feature is a bit spotty--cuts in and out. Menu is awkward to navigate and generally quite clunky. Phone doesn't easily drop into the cradle--pay attention to the red light to make sure the handset is actually charging.
The VTech CS6219 is an ENERGY STAR cordless handset base unit expandable by up to 12 CS6209 accessory handsets. It functions as the base and in fact requires only one phone-jack connection.
