Panasonic KX-TG6434PK

Panasonic's KX-TG6434PK is a package deal that includes a main base station and four cordless telephone handsets. All the handsets use DECT 6.0 on the frequency of 1.9 GHz and this is supposed to minimize interference with other electronic wireless devices.

The main base features a caller blocking function that allows the user to program blocked numbers, and the handsets have text-to-speech talking caller ID and alarm clocks as well as battery level indicators. The main base is also a digital answering machine, and it supports up to two additional handsets, to a total of six. The handsets all have backlit LCD displays and backlit keys, and they have independent silent modes. Together, they can be used as an intercom system. Their expected battery life is about 5 hours of talk time, or 11 days of standby. This is one of Panasonic's higher-mid range cordless phone sets.
