Panasonic KX-TG1031S

Panasonic's KX-TG1031 is an entry-level cordless phone set that uses DECT 6.0 to minimize interference with other wireless electronic devices. It is supposed to be both comfortable and easy to use, and has large touch buttons.

The handset has a LCD display that can store a phonebook of entries, as well as an alarm clock and call-waiting caller ID. The base has a built-in answering machine that can record up to 16 minutes of voice mail. Though the phone only comes with one handset, additional handsets can be added, to a total of six (Panasonic also sells package sets with additional handsets - see related products). The KX-TG1031 is capable of 3-way conference calling. One of its other features is a very long battery life, of 17 hours of talk time.
