The Pros:Base is fairly small, doesn't take up much room. Backlit display is easy to read, not overly bright when the lights are off. Built-in answering machine is easy to set up and work with.
The Cons:Contacts don't always connect with the handset for recharge, can't always tell it isn't connecting. Only comes with the one handset.
The GE 28118FE1 is an ultra-slim cordless phone built as a successor to the 28106FE1. Unlike its predecessor, it features a Digital Answering Machine, Caller ID, and Call-Waiting. It does, however, still maintain the aesthetic makeup of a mobile phone, as well as expandability by up to 6 28106FE1 accessory handsets.
