The GE 25942EE1 is an entry-level, 5.8GHz cordless phone system that retails in single-, double-, triple-, and quadruple-handsets, depending on what the user requires. Regardless of which bundle they choose, they all feature a Digital Answering Machine, Caller ID, and Call-Waiting, as well as enough space for 40 entries.

The reduced transmission technology (5.8GHz) does render less clarity and range than a DECT 6.0 system, but makes up for the loss in the system’s unique price—ranging from $40 to $80. Note also that all compatible bases for this system are desk- and wall-mountable, making it easy to position them on a kitchen or living-room wall.
